New Service Updates – February 2021

We are sorry we have not been able to offer a service for the past month due to the lockdown and limited staff. The GOOD NEWS is, we are now open again from 9.30 to 1.30 each day, for help with accessing social welfare forms, printing etc. Unfortunately, for safety of staff, you may be asked to wait outside while we sort out your request/query. However, please ring ahead, by doing so, you will help us to speed up our response to your request. We cannot permit use of our public computers for another while. We are still facilitating ECDL exams on a limited basis, so if you are thinking of taking the online ECDL course, be aware that CEEDS is a test Centre and you can request that you sit your exam here. If you want to know more about accessing free ECDL online courses, contact us at cetrainer3@ceeds.ie or ring the number below, and we will come back to you. Our TELEPHONE NUMBER is 01 6233629 and we can be contacted by email on welfare@ceeds.ie

Just to remind you, we can help with your welfare rights queries.
